Allergy refers to hypersensitive reaction of the body to certain harmless substances. It could also mean an unusual reaction of the body in relation to the increase in the immunoglobulin level. For those 19 to 30 years old and engaged in moderate physical activities, the average calorie requirement is between 2,200 and 2,800 calories. If a person is more active, the calorie requirement is increased to an average of 2,400 for females and 3,000 for males. This data is based on the Estimated Energy Requirements (EER).

People on a 1,000-calorie diet combine having a special diet plan with physical activities to lose weight in a shorter span of time. The 1,000-calorie diet focuses primarily on taking in greater amounts of low carb fruits and vegetables because they are high in water and fiber which makes a person feel fuller. What a Bruise Is


In medical terms a bruise is a contusion. A contusion occurs when blood vessels are damaged to the extent they rupture. Most of these blood vessels lie just under the skin. The Transition from Red to Brown


When a bruise first appears it takes on a reddish color. This is the natural color of the blood, and the reddish color of the bruise is usually retained for a day or two.
